RPM Consulting Group’s (RPMCG’s) approach to its planning, organizational, and fund development strategies is intentionally inclusive, comprehensive, and driven by the participation, insights, and expertise of the community within and a part of our client’s organization, especially the staff/leadership and board. Special consideration or emphasis is often applied to one or more groups based on our client’s needs. Our planning research design is tailored and often involves the leadership team, board of directors, and critical stakeholder groups (i.e., primary referral sources, members, staff, donors, volunteers, partner nonprofits, community leaders, etc.).
Our facilitation dynamic seeks to maintain equity among all parties engaged, while the consulting team will acknowledge previously established protocols in our process. For data collection and discovery, we will hold stakeholder interviews, use surveys, and conduct focus groups for primary data sources to drive our planning processes. We manage and coach for efficiency of a.) the planning process overall, and of b.) the gathering input from stakeholders.
