Additional Volunteer Global Scholarship Reviewers Desired

⛰️ Wells Mountain Initiative (WMI)🌍 is a U.S.-based nonprofit that supports talented students from low-income communities, primarily across Sub-Saharan Africa, who show strong academic promise and a commitment to service. 

🏫 While other volunteer opportunities exist (contact Executive Director, Nicole Baker), right now there's a seasonal push to recruit scholarship reviewers. 

*** Professional bias, I'm a fan of WMI and its leadership. RPM Consulting Group guided a five-year strategic planning engagement for Wells Mountain Initiative, aligning board governance, executive leadership, and programmatic priorities around a disciplined growth strategy. 

🗺️ The work included a sequenced implementation roadmap and market study identifying funding pathways to expand the organization’s scholarship and community development efforts across several African countries.

🧧 For many students, a WMI scholarship is more than financial support - it is a catalyst that unlocks opportunity, leadership, and the ability to shape a brighter future. 

👩‍🎓 Scholars pursue bachelor’s degrees within their home countries or regions and go on to become teachers, health professionals, entrepreneurs, and community leaders who expand opportunity for others. The WMI scholarship is unique as it provides support for bachelor's studies within the applicant's home nation or region.
