As Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations (PANO) celebrates its 40th anniversary, a group of consultants gathered last week for an annual meeting as we are renewing our commitment as licensed professionals with PANO and to the Standards for Excellence Institute®

Susannah Coleman and Anne L. Gingerich, MSW led the session with special guest Amy Coates Madsen.

We learned a good deal about the changes coming from the amended and improved Standards for Excellence as well as the journey the association has undertaken to infuse the principles of Justice, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion into everything we do.

It was great to see a lot of familiar faces as well as some new ones.
