👩🏽 👨🏽 I have been excited to be actively coordinating in service with Darius McLean, and NPAG Managing Director Ellen LaPointe and search consultant Andres Marcuse-Gonzalez, the duo guiding and leading the search for the new Chief Development Officer (CDO) at the William Way Community Center (WWCC), located in downtown Philadelphia.

🌆 This role comes at a pivotal moment for WWCC, as the #nonprofit is in the midst of a major #capitalcampaign aimed at securing a new facility to expand its reach and serve the community more effectively. 

🏢 As this #campaign nears completion, the CDO will focus their efforts on #resource 

#development strategies that will sustain WWCC’s operational needs in this new, larger footprint.
